We believe that the residential plumbing industry has settled for lower standards due to a lack of training. After the recession many of the good plumbers downsized their companies and are thus not training up other good plumbers. Also with the advances in technology, many plumbers do not have the time to be adequately trained. In order to combat these issues, we have set up “Plumb Line Standards” and train according to them. Our extensive checklists guide our teams in making sure we do quality work and help move the building process along. There are a lot of little details in a plumbing system that if left unchecked can cause great harm to a home or hinder the building process. All of our builders will receive a copy of our checklists to know what to expect with our work and hold us accountable.
